Keep calm, smile and create!

New year brings so many resolutions, here is one for Stampotique Designers Challenge:

Keep calm, smile and create beautiful things!

My spread is made in my altered book. First I collaged some scrap leftovers on my page.

Then I shaded a bit with light sienna pencil. I used France’s splattered mug stamp (#10017) with espresso truffle. I applied some iridescent medium through a stencil.

Then I added some colours, first a layer of ecoline (lemon yellow) with bistre and then acrylic ink (bright yellow) and fluid chalk edger (metallic yellow).

I stamped Maria’s Keep calm (#7305) text on a card stock, that I stitched on laces.

And some details:

Hope you will be able to smile a lot and create beautiful things in 2015!

I am sharing my spread with Stampotique designers challenge: New Year’s resolution.

I am linking my spread to Faber Castell design memory craft January challenge as well.
