I know Valentine is over, is it or is it an all around the year theme? No it’s a joke, well sometimes we are allowed to take thing less seriously. If we can’t laugh anymore then where is fun in life? So I did this time, took it to the funny side:

be my sweetie pie
Isn’t he adorable? So sweet… Well first I was beginning with a simple manila tag covering it with gesso and red then I used tcw’s ringlets reversed stencil to apply a layer of modeling paste and after letting it dry properly to add a final red touch to it.

I added my tag to a piece of recycled cardboard that I messed up with some gesso and another shade of red. I took a smaller canvas tag that I altered with distress ink. I cut some cardboard with Sizzix Edge dies and painted them to carmine. I colored my Stampotique original and added some heart embellishments.
Finally added my sweetie pie text and some ribbon:
I am sharing my tag with Stampotique designer’s challenge: a bit of a humour and Inspiration Emporium‘s april challenge: a few of my favorite things.
