Add color to the sunset sky

Lately the sun shines nearly every day, and the sunset hours are really beautiful. The sky is painted in different colors of yellow, orange and red. So I thought I have to capture it in my way.

Add color to the sunset sky

Background: dylusion inks.

Stampotique originals stamp with stitches and metal embellishments.

I am adding it to Stampotique designers’ challenge: Textured backgrounds.

I don’t think one can ever go wrong with Dylusions inks, but it is you, Ruth, who has combined them so beautifully here! Love all the texture in your sunset, too. Bowtie is perfect for your focal mage. Adding fabric and stitching just adds more class to this very classy journal page! Thanks so much for participating in the Stampotique Designers’ “texture” challenge this week! I love to see you work here!

  9. fab background, how did you do this, wrinkle the page before spraying?

    • lerusho says:

the first layer is a simple spray layer, here a bit and there a bit, I was letting it dry in the air, second layer is sprayed through stencil, crackle from Prima marketing 🙂
