To round up my list today’s artist is a painter again. Marion Peck studied in Rhode Island School of Design. She had several solo exhibitions in the US and in Italy.
“In her precisely imagined world, a still life bristles with actual life. Each object has been given its own face… She does so in ways that are directly grotesque… This setup suggests a bit of paranoid watchfulness, and also promises a weird and not entirely benevolent sort of infinity.”
So this time “grotesque” and “weird”, let’s see!
