Then I saw a book that seems different than a regular cook book, the images are amazing, a new edition will be available soon from Taschen, look for it, it’s worth it: “Modernist Cuisine: The art and science of cooking”.
And finally but not last a link for inspiration: http://www.foodinspirationmagazine.nl, it’s in Dutch but it offers everything for the eyes and imagination, sort of a thing that you would travel thousands of miles to try it. Oh yeah… yum, yum
